Can I bar-code or QR-tag rental outfits?

How is this different from a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet doesn't lock rows during simultaneous edits, so two staff can double-book the same size and colour combination without knowing. CustHive's availability check happens server-side in real time, so a conflict is rejected before it's created — not discovered later at the fitting.

Does it track condition grade, not just size?
